I can honestly say I feel different in my body than I did 7 days ago.
This integration class really was beautifully balanced to sense everywhere my body has been this week through your careful guidance.
I usually can never do a 7 day movement challenge because my body craves a rest and I can't do a practice every day, it feels too much.
But this! This was challenging and rejuvenating at the same time.

My heart skips a beat when you mention “a little more dynamic, with hopping and such” at the beginning of the class, Alexa.
I immediately panic because I think I won't be able to do it.
After my physical crash at the end of last year, it's been a case of trial and error, especially a lot of falling but just as many times getting back up.
