Since 2011, Iâve been bringing a fascia-focused approach to movement, blending science, intuition, and over a decade of experience in yoga, movement and embodied education. Iâve guided hundreds of students and professionals - helping them move better, feel better, and teach with more depth and clarity.
Over the years, Iâve learned from and worked with leading fascia luminaries, movement and bodywork educators who work with Tom Myers' body map concept: Anatomy Trains, presenting trainings that bridge the gap between cutting-edge fascia science and practical, real-world movement applications.
My passion lies in making fascia-focused movement accessible, effective, and deeply transformative.
